Washers
are available through Britech's Lathe Cutting capabilities.
Lathe cut parts offer extremely high degrees of precision
in both outer diameter (O.D.) and inner diameter (I.D.)
Our Fabrication and Prototype Division can produce an
unlimited variety of washers by modifying existing molded
parts or utilizing Britech's Lathe Cutting capabilities.
Rubber Washers can economically be fabricated from extruded
rubber tubing. This process of fabrication eliminates
any necessity for molds or dies. For critical requirements,
the use of mandrels for cutting and grinding is recommended.
For non-critical tolerances, center-less cutting and
grinding is available. Our technicians are trained to
recommend the proper method when they are familiarized
with your requirements. |
